In 1847, Antoine LeCoultre created a revolutionary system which did away with the need for keys to rewind and set watches. His simple and brilliant solution was a pushbutton that activated a lever to change over from one function to the other. Today, Jaeger-LeCoultre perpetuates this tradition of inventions in the service of user-friendliness.
