As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility policy, Jaeger-LeCoultre is committed to respecting the fundamental human rights of its employees but also of its suppliers. This is the reason why Jaeger-LeCoultre became in 2008 a member of the RJC which aims, between other things, at promoting human rights. This also led Jaeger-LeCoultre to have a Code of Conduct signed by its suppliers.
