The Géographique watch set up a new byword in dual time-zone watches. A large aperture makes it easy to select the city of the second time zone, bringing up its hour and minute display immediately on a second dial. In 2004, Jaeger-LeCoultre passed a further milestone in the field of time-zone watches by creating the Hometime concept for the eternal traveller: the watch gives priority to the second time-zone display, and only retains a discreet trace of the owner’s own zone, the “Hometime”.
