Clare Milford Haven was born in the United Kingdom. An active and enthusiastic member of the Cowdray Park Polo Club, she is one of the increasingly large number of women distinguishing themselves in the fascinating and exciting sport of polo. Wearing the Jaeger-LeCoultre colours since 2003, this athlete who has played on all levels of the discipline displays her talents across several continents, including Europe, America, India and South Africa. After serving as an editor in the British press, she became a freelance journalist and is currently also working on writing a book.
