Goldene Unruh : Two awards for Jaeger-LeCoultre


Master Calendar and Master Grande Tradition Gyrotourbillon 3 Jubilee took prizes at the renowned “Goldene Unruh” awards

Munich, 28th February 2014 – Jaeger-LeCoultre received two prizes at the “Goldene Unruh” awards ceremony, held by the renowned magazines “Uhren Magazin” and “Focus” in Munich on February 27th 2014.   

Master Calendar takes first prize 
The readers of the trade magazine “Uhren Magazin“ and one of Germany’s major news magazines “Focus” and “Focus online” chose Jaeger-LeCoultre’s Master Calendar as the winner in the category “watches up to 10.000 €". 

Master Grande Tradition Gyrotourbillon 3 Jubilee awarded with second prize
The Master Grande Tradition Gyrotourbillon 3 Jubilee was awarded with the second prize in the price category “watches from 25.000 €” by the readers casting their vote. 

A total of 25.402 readers and watches aficionados took part in the “Goldene Unruh” elections which were divided into five different price range categories with a total of 359 watches being originally nominated. Launched already in 1988, “Goldene Unruh” is considered as one of the most recognized public awards within the watches industry. 

These prestigious prizes for the two timepieces of the 180-anniversary year 2013 collection mark another highlight in Jaeger-LeCoultre’s unique history, attesting to the leading position of Jaeger-LeCoultre in the sphere of Fine Watchmaking.
