In pursuing its ongoing contribution to international culture, Jaeger-LeCoultre commemorates the 60th anniversary of the São Paulo State Symphony Orchestra (OSESP) by unveiling an exclusive model in the São Paulo Concert Hall: a Grande Reverso Ultra Thin watch.
Featuring a case-back bearing the OSESP logo hand-engraved by the artisans of the Manufacture, this 50-piece limited edition-30 in steel and 20 in pink gold will be exclusively available from the Jaeger-Lecoultre Boutique in São Paulo, located in the prestigious JK Iguatemi shopping mall.
For each watch sold, a donation will be made to the OSESP to fund the free classical music concerts in the São Paulo Concert Hall, “Concertos Matinais na Sala São Paulo” project.
“We are proud to be celebrating the 60th anniversary of the São Paulo State Symphony Orchestra and to present the Grande Reverso Ultra Thin limited edition,” said Jaeger-LeCoultre’s CEO, Daniel Riedo.
“This is our way of celebrating our strong ties with Brazil and of thanking the many collectors we have the pleasure of welcoming to our Boutique in JK Iguatemi”, he concluded.
With this event, the Manufacture Jaeger-LeCoultre also wrote a new chapter in the history of the city of São Paulo. Jaeger-LeCoultre CEO Daniel Riedo, who paid a special visit to Brazil on this occasion, announced the donation to São Paulo’s State Secretary for Cultural Affairs of funding for the restoration of the clock on the Júlio Prestes building.
