JAEGER-LECOULTRE: DIVE: EXPERIENCE: 1000m CHALLENGES

An event in Hawaii like no other, down 1,000 metres.

With its stunning caves and crystal-clear water, there are but a few dive sites in the world as magical as the Cathedrals of Lana'i. Part of the Hawaiian archipelego and located beyond Hulop's Bay, this spot was chosen by experts as the backdrop to perform one of the toughest feats in high-watchmaking - to test Jaeger-LeCoultre's new Master Compressor Diving collection at 1,000 metres.

On June 14 at exactly 10:09am local time, the new Master Compressor Diving GMT successfully emerged after being taken down 1,080 metres below sea-level - far beyond expectations, where no man can go... thanks to JAEGER-LECOULTRE 1.

Experienced divers believe the south and west coasts of Lana'i offer the ultimate in Hawaiian diving. The surroundings are unforgettable, with mysterious Cathedrals and caverns formed by ancient lava flows millions of years ago. Through crystal-clear water you navigate through lava tubes and archways, encountering octopuses, eels, puffer fish, and white tip reef sharks. Lana'i is also known for its miles of extensive coral reefs, wide varieties of colourful tropical fish, and friendly schools of Dolphins.

With over 10 dive sites to choose from, no single trip can begin to scratch the surface of what Lana'i offers divers.
