JAEGER-LECOULTRE: DIVE: EXPERIENCE: 1000m CHALLENGES: MANADO

Jaeger-LeCoultre has done it again… The first depth record was broken (down to 1,080m) off the coast of Hawaii in June. The Master Compressor Diving GMT surpassed its own record in Manado Bay, Indonesia on November 8, 2007.

Jaeger-LeCoultre shared this experience with members of the Asian press from Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia. Sailing on the “Odyssea 1” to Manado Bay, the journalists enjoyed the trip, with brief stops at the beautiful Siladen Resort and Kimabajo.

Ahead of the test event, Jaeger-LeCoultre CEO President, Jérôme Lambert, who hosted the event commented, “Our timepieces are made professionally for the professionals: the Master Compressor Diving Pro will now be tested by Patrick Musimu, first man to dive to 200m and Jaeger-LeCoultre brand ambassador. The experience will be alongside Jaeger-LeCoultre 1, the Remote Operated Vehicle, with the aim to break our own record of last June.”
