Jaeger-LeCoultre celebrates 175 years
An anniversary marked by the introduction of several exceptional models
Jaeger-LeCoultre is celebrating its 175th anniversary in 2008. The Grande Maison in the Vallée de Joux is taking this opportunity to revisit some of the finest moments of its long history and to create new milestones for its future. The Manufacture has an impressive range of world firsts, superlatives and legendary models to its credit, including the legendary Reverso, the Duoplan, the Master Control, the Memovox Polaris, the Gyrotourbillon 1 and the Atmos clock. In 2008, over 1,000 people mastering over 40 watchmaking professions and 20 cutting edge technologies continue to embody the pioneering spirit of the company’s founders by creating new masterpieces in the tradition of great watchmaking.
