The top prizes of Chronos

The Manufacture Jaeger-LeCoultre has once again been honoured by the German specialised magazine Chronos. For the past four years, the two first watches saluted for their innovation and their technical leadership are watches made by the Manufacture.

Jaeger-LeCoultre distinguished itself by taking the top two spots. The grand winner, the Duomètre à Chronographe, was awarded the title “Technical Innovation 2008”, just ahead of the Master Compressor Extreme LAB. The Master Compressor Diving Pro Geographic took 5th place. All these models symbolise the perpetual quest for new techniques pursued by Jaeger-LeCoultre in order to ensure that the watches of tomorrow form a perfect bridge between inventiveness, style and expertise.

Since 1833, the Manufacture Jaeger-LeCoultre has constantly created and innovated filing hundreds of patents and becoming a reference in Fine Watchmaking. Today, the brand with this tirelessly inventive drive is recognised worldwide and the regular recipient of numerous prizes and awards.

The past 18 months were particularly gratifying for the watchmakers of the Manufacture Jaeger-LeCoultre. Their efforts were rewarded with 36 prestigious watchmaking awards, including 15 for the Duomètre à Chronographe alone.
