Prize giving for the “Discover the Deep” Dive competition
Jaeger-LeCoultre presents the Treasure Hunt winners with their prizes
Jaeger-LeCoultre was delighted to share with the LeClub members this “Treasure Hunt” competition that ended with the prizes being awarded to the five winners.
Introduced at the end of 2007 on the mini-site for the Master Compressor Diving sports collection, the “Discover the Deep” dive competition aroused deep passion by taking participants into the deep sea, a world that is dear to the Jaeger-LeCoultre Manufacture.
The brand created for the LeClub members a heart-stopping treasure hunt game in five stages in which participants were introduced to deep sea diving and the values it shares with the watchmaking world: excellence, precision and performance.
A highly successful and unique experience shared by over 1000 players, the Dive competition ended in February 2009. In order to decide the winners and present one of them the highly sought-after first prize - a Master Compressor Diving Chronograph watch - the Manufacture drew lots in the presence of a notary.
The 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th prizes were also awarded to four other LeClub members, to whom the Manufacture presented unique Jaeger-LeCoultre accessories.
For the 1st prize, the Manufacture had the immense pleasure of presenting the Master Compressor Diving Chronograph watch to the happy winner, Camille Meier, in person. Accompanied by his wife, he was welcomed at the Manufacture on 8 May 2009 for a lunch and followed by a visit to the Grande Maison, its Workshops and the Heritage Gallery. At the end of this unique day, Camille Meier was presented with his much-awaited timepiece, the Master Diving Compressor Chronograph.
Jaeger-LeCoultre thanks all the participants in the wonderful submarine adventure that was the “Discover the Deep” Dive competition and which sits perfectly with the Manufacture’s commitment to protecting the environment and marine sites in partnership with UNESCO’s World Heritage.
