Jaeger-LeCoultre Polo Masters Geneva 2009
Jaeger-LeCoultre wins the 21st match title.
Over 200 people were invited to the Jaeger-LeCoultre VIP tent to watch the three exciting finals on Sunday, 30 August at the Domaine de Veytay (Switzerland).
Following their wins in 2005, 2006 and 2007, the Jaeger-LeCoultre team consisting of Yves Luginbühl (captain, hcp 1), Alexis de Boismenu (hcp 3), Martin Luginbühl (hcp 2) and Simon Luginbühl (hcp 2), again, won the Jaeger-LeCoultre Polo Masters 2009 tournament against VT Wealth Management.
Around 5,000 keen spectators watched the matches under a radiant sun. This sporting event was coupled with a more festive occasion in the Jaeger-LeCoultre VIP tent. Customers, VIPs, journalists and LeClub members were welcomed by Jérôme Favier, Director of Sales, and Cédric Torrès, Manager of the Swiss Market. Guests were able to admire the brand’s latest creations.
We were especially delighted to welcome the French actress Marie Fugain (the daughter of Michel Fugain) and other celebrities who awarded the prizes to the tournament winners. Each of the winners was presented with a new Grande Reverso 976. This year was the second time that a Trophy engraved with the winners’ names was also presented to the winning team.
