THE COLLECTIBLES
Duoplan Jewellery
At the dawn of the partnership between Jaeger and LeCoultre, the Duoplan represented a genuine industry revolution. Built on two superimposed planes, the Duoplan calibre was an invitation for both companies to express their creativity with beautiful and inventive designs. It was also a revolution for LeCoultre & Cie, which, thanks to the Duoplan, made the transition from a movement and component producer to a full-fledged watch manufacturer.
Equipped with the Duoplan Calibre 403 with manual winding, this Duoplan is fitted with a magnificent gold strap that sits perfectly on the wrist.
HERITAGE
A REVOLUTION ON THE WRIST
It was within an atmosphere of extreme contrasts, between a conformist society and a small group of men and women seeking a new way of life, that the Duoplan was born. Created in 1925, this calibre made it possible to reconcile two qualities that were then thought to be incompatible, even contradictory, in watchmaking: extreme miniaturisation and great precision.

Impressively exhaustive, the book features detailed background stories as well as informative photography and historic documents from the Manufacture’s archives.
