Honouring two centuries of evolving femininity and timepieces shaped by women’s shifting needs and desires, The Dream Shaper exhibition is travelling to Shanghai from September 10 to 26 at Zhangyuan W7. This exhibition invites visitors to immerse themselves more deeply in Jaeger-LeCoultre’s enduring presence in the world of women watches through watchmaking, artistic and culinary experiences while also discovering the Maison’s latest releases.

Over the decades, shifts in culture, fashion, and the evolving definition of femininity have profoundly influenced the design, purpose, and spirit of watchmaking. Women have not only mirrored these changes: they have helped shape them, guiding the art of timekeeping toward new realms of elegance, innovation, and meaning. This fascinating story is told in four chapters:

THE DREAM SHAPER DISCOVERY WORKSHOP
For a deeper understanding of watchmaking, The Dream Shaper exhibition offers a new educational workshop at the Atelier d’Antoine. This hands-on experience explores how women have influenced forms, decorative crafts, and technical achievements in watchmaking over time. Combining glass painting, gem-setting techniques and watchmaking gestures guided by an expert, guest will uncover the story of feminine influence in watchmaking.
