Our straps feature a quick-change system that allows you to interchange them yourself as specified in the product details. Alternatively, you are welcome to visit a Jaeger-LeCoultre boutique or Authorized dealer for a dedicated time and a smooth change. Please note that our straps do not come with a buckle.

Please contact our customer service team to arrange return shipping. Refund or exchanges are only possible if your purchase has been returned to the Jaeger-LeCoultre e-Boutique. Engraved and personalized creations cannot be exchanged or returned. To return a strap, it must be in pristine, unworn condition with all original tags still attached.
