The first enamelled shutter watch “in the grand tradition of ‘secret’ watches, created inside the Grande Reverso case, this model conjures up all the magic of the theatre at a simple flick of the finger. Simply activating a shift knob opens the shutters to reveal the beauty of an enamelled work of art painted on an 18-carat gold dial. The miniatures presented here are respectively inspired by the works “The Source” by French painter Jean Auguste Dominique Ingres, and “The Kiss” by Austrian painter Gustav Klimt.

Limited series featuring enamelled paintings after “The Source” and “The Kiss”, available exclusively from Jaeger-LeCoultre Boutiques.

Availability: 10 numbered watches in 950 platinum and 10 numbered watches in 18-carat pink gold for each work.

Strap: alligator leather fitted with an adjustable folding clasp in pink or white gold.

Water-resistant to 3 atmospheres.

Watch tested for 1000 hours.
