Water-resistance to 1000 metres

The case-back is screw-locked to ensure the gasket is compressed in a regular manner that is also more reliable when subjected to strong pressures. The rugged cambered 3.60 mm thick sapphire crystal is able to withstand pressure equivalent to 890 kilograms, corresponding to the weight of a small car.

Pulsometer

The dial surround features a graduated scale serving to measure the pulse rate per minute. All the user needs to do is activate the chronograph seconds hand, stop it after 30 heart-beats and then read off the figure on the scale to which the hand is pointing.

Patented push-pieces

The push-pieces are equipped with the brand’s compression system. When in a closed position, they ensure optimal security by supercharging a toric gasket. To use the chronograph, the wearer simply makes a half-turn of the wing-nut in order to release the push-pieces ready for operation.
