Our quest for excellence

Jaeger‑LeCoultre is a fully-integrated manufacture with more than 180 crafts under one roof. From Research and Development, to design, to assembly, decoration or crimp, every different stage required for the creation of a Jaeger‑LeCoultre timepiece is conducted within the Manufacture in the Joux Valley in Switzerland.

This quest for excellence drives the Maison’s creativity and the quality of its timepieces, and Jaeger‑LeCoultre constantly dedicates its investments to improving the satisfaction of its clients. Underpinning its ambition to continuously provide richer, more innovative and tailored experiences for its customers, Jaeger‑LeCoultre offers a Care program in line with evolving global customer needs and desire for personalized content, technical expertise and education. 


The Jaeger‑LeCoultre Care Program is based on 2 pillars:

  • An international limited warranty that can go up to 8 years.
  • Highly personalized experience with value-adding information, advice and services.

How does it work?

Timepieces that are covered by the original "International Limited Warranty" at the time of the online registration to the Jaeger‑LeCoultre Care Program, will be eligible for the warranty extension.

Upon registration of your eligible clock or watch on the dedicated online platform, the duration of the "International Limited Warranty" will be extended to 8 years: from 2 to 8 years for all watches and from 3 to 8 years for Atmos clocks.

All manufacturing defects are covered by the "International Limited Warranty", these applicability conditions remain unchanged.

Personalized services

In-store and online services

After their registration, Jaeger‑LeCoultre clients will receive personalized services throughout the life of their timepieces.

In-store personalized services

You will access added-value services regarding maintenance or enhancement of your timepieces, such as functional checks or engraving tool.

Online personalized services

You can learn, from our craftsmen, all about the specificities of your timepiece, its history and its functions. You will also receive tailored advice on the usage and care of your own timepiece. Besides, you may access pre-configured digital tools that allow you to personalize your timepiece and take care of it along its lifetime.
