TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This exclusive engraving service is available from November 1st to December 31st, 2025, and is extended solely to clients who have received this invitation directly from Jaeger-LeCoultre. Eligibility is restricted to those who have purchased a Reverso timepiece more than six months prior to the date of this offer and have not yet availed themselves of any engraving service. A single timepiece per client may be engraved as part of this exclusive offer.
The service is strictly limited to simple engravings meaning initials, dates, numbers, text or frames, using the fonts provided by the Maison. Should a client wish to opt for a more elaborate engraving or a design outside the scope of this offer, the additional cost will be at the client’s expense. Lacquer work is not included in this offer; however, clients may request this service at an extra charge.
The selection of boutiques offering this service is at the discretion of Jaeger-LeCoultre. This service is available only for in-store pickup at participating boutiques. No delivery or shipping of the engraved timepiece will be arranged as part of this offer.
The engraving will be ready under 4 weeks in most countries. Please refer to the boutique for exact delivery timing.
Jaeger-LeCoultre reserves the right to decline any engraving request that, at its sole discretion, may be deemed inappropriate, offensive, or inconsistent with the Maison’s values.
