EXPERTISE
DRAWN UP TO THE LAST DETAIL
The Reverso Tribute Duoface Tourbillon brings the Manufacture’s watchmaking expertise to a new dimension. This outstanding watch offers a completely reinvented tourbillon mechanism in an ultra-thin calibre, finely decorated in our Atelier des Métiers Rares.
THE CHALLENGE OF THINNESS
Our watchmakers had to completely rethink the tourbillon mechanism to reduce as much height as possible to only 3.9mm. First, the upper bridge was removed, offering a full view on the regulating organ, and replaced the outer tourbillon cage thanks to a peripheral ball-bearing system.
1,392 LINES DECORATED BEAUTIFULLY
On the verso, the bridges are richly textured with Clous de Paris Guilloché. This guillochage is a highly skilled operation executed on a 100-year-old hand-operated lathe where the artisan carefully engraves 6 times each of the 232 grooves resulting in this delicate pattern.
DESIGN
THE UNIQUE DUALITY OF A TOURBILLON
The Reverso Tribute Duoface Tourbillon is a glorious expression of the Calibre 847, capitalising on the iconic swivelling case. Its two dials present two different aesthetics, while the inside of the cradle offers a mirror polished disc reflecting perfectly the light through the tourbillon.
THE SOPHISTICATED TOURBILLON
On the recto, the Reverso Tribute Duoface Tourbillon has an elegant yet highly distinctive presence allowing the tourbillon to take centre stage. Capturing the spirit of the early 1930s models, the pared-down aesthetic and signature details of the dial exude refinement.
A VISUAL SPECTACLE
In contrast to the grey sunrayed front dial, the reverse dial is partially open-worked and richly textured. The edges of the bridges are hand-bevelled and their surfaces decorated with a hand-guilloché Clous de Paris pattern creating a beautiful play of light and shadow.
CALIBRE
TURNING PRECISION TO NEW HORIZONS
The Reverso Tribute Duoface Tourbillon unites a sophisticated flying tourbillon with the Duoface complication. Its ultra-thin hand-wound movement is an eloquent testimony to the Manufacture’s quest of precision.

HERITAGE
AN HEIR TO THE PAST
At its birth in 1931 and for the first 60 years of its life, the Reverso was a time-only watch. Then, from 1990 onwards, coinciding with a renewed interest in mechanical watchmaking after the quartz crisis, Jaeger-LeCoultre introduced a series of exceptional Reverso models, each one featuring one of the greatest traditional complications.
