Duoface Small Seconds
-
In its pink gold case, the Reverso Tribute Duoface is a throwback to the first models from 1931, with their emblematic codes: chemin de fer, applied hour markers, Dauphine hands... The front of the watch boasts a deep, sunray-lacquered blue dial, the result of a complex lacquering process involving 50 production stages and 20 coats of lacquer. On the reverse, the sunrayed silver dial highlights every detail of the watch equipped with in-house calibre 854, which displays a 2nd time zone. Offered with a system of interchangeable straps – a blue calfskin strap and a dual material strap in the same color – the watch gives its owner the freedom to change styles in the blink of an eye.

REVERSO TRIBUTE
A MODERNISED ICON
The Reverso Tribute Duoface Small Seconds in pink gold features a front dial of glossy, inky-blue lacquer and a redesigned reverse dial with double golden indexes applied to the silver sunrayed background and a refined 24-hour display.
DESIGN
SENSE OF STYLE
The Reverso Tribute pays homage to the colorful models made in 1931. Today, its sunray-brushed dial is adorned in deep blue to bring a strong sense of style without compromising the integrity of the original design.
A LACQUERED DIAL MADE OF 50 STEPS
On the front dial, creating a rich and eye-catching contrast with the warmth of the pink gold case and matching golden indexes and hands, the deep, inky blue was achieved by applying no fewer than 20 layers of lacquer, each of which had to be meticulously dried before applying the next layer.
A REFINED VERSO
To echo the 1931 Reverso aesthetics of the front dial, the verso features sleek and elegant lines: applied indexes doubled, sunray-brushed surface and an applied JL logo.
THE SOPHISTICATED CASE
Highly ergonomic, the complex slide-and-swivel mechanism - composed of more than 50 components -, follows the natural curve of the wrist. A 90 years old mechanism crafted to perfection, even the inside of the cradle is sublimated with a sunray engraving.
STRAPS
DESIGNED FOR REVERSO
Evoking the exclusive world of polo, the Reverso Tribute Small Seconds is paired with two matching straps designed by Casa Fagliano, creating a unified aesthetic and strong sense of style that underlines the timeless modernity of the Reverso design.

CALIBRE
AN IN-HOUSE SAVOIR-FAIRE
Calibre 854 was entirely conceived, developed and produced within the Manufacture. On the front dial, it displays the hours, minutes and small seconds, and on the reverse dial, a second time-zone and a 24-hour indicator. To maintain the integrity of the case design, the second time zone is adjusted by a small slider set into the top case-band.

BORN OUT OF A CHALLENGE
In 1930, businessman César de Trey was challenged to find a way to protect the glass of a watch for polo players during matches. de Trey’s idea was inspired; a case that could be flipped over. He approached his friend Jacques-David LeCoultre to produce the watch and the pair engaged René-Alfred Chauvot to design it. And so the Reverso watch was born.
