In order to send your watch directly to our service center, track the status of your service online and receive your shipping kit (complimentary service), you have the two following options:

Only genuine Jaeger‑LeCoultre watches are eligible for this service (Atmos clocks or vintage clocks excluded). 

For your convenience, you can directly send your timepiece for service at your local Jaeger-LeCoultre Service Centre, according to the below procedure.

Please note that only genuine Jaeger LeCoultre products (other than Atmos clocks or vintage clocks) following the Condition of Services are eligible for this service.
